About the position:

As a Demand Planner with reMarkable, you'll drive our forecasting processes, mastering statistical forecasting while translating key commercial intelligence - promotions, campaigns, and product launches - into dynamic and accurate demand predictions across our global customer base and diverse sales channels. Your responsibilities may include:

• Contribute to end-to-end demand planning by generating statistical forecasts, supporting key account planning, and participating in monthly forecasting cycles.

• Support S&OP and S&OE by collaborating with marketing and sales, supply, finance, and product development teams to gather data for integrated planning and identify demand plan gaps.

• Manage planning systems by becoming proficient in the o9 demand planning platform, supporting daily operations, and helping adopt new forecasting capabilities.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration by preparing materials for forecast consensus sessions and gathering data on key demand drivers including promotions and seasonality.

• Monitor performance and analytics by tracking forecasting KPIs, maintaining dashboards, conducting root-cause analysis on forecast errors, and preparing demand trend reports.

We are looking for the following experience:

• 2+ years in analytical roles (demand planning, supply chain, finance, data science, or business analytics); exposure to S&OP environments preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. APICS/IBF certifications are a plus.

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, and familiarity with forecasting tools (e.g. o9, Anaplan, SAP IBP) and data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.

• Basic understanding of forecasting methodologies and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
