About the position:
As a Demand Planner with reMarkable, you'll drive our forecasting processes, mastering statistical forecasting while translating key commercial intelligence - promotions, campaigns, and product launches - into dynamic and accurate demand predictions across our global customer base and diverse sales channels. Your responsibilities may include:
Contribute to end-to-end demand planning by generating statistical forecasts, supporting key account planning, and participating in monthly forecasting cycles.
Support S&OP and S&OE by collaborating with marketing and sales, supply, finance, and product development teams to gather data for integrated planning and identify demand plan gaps.
Manage planning systems by becoming proficient in the o9 demand planning platform, supporting daily operations, and helping adopt new forecasting capabilities.
Drive cross-functional collaboration by preparing materials for forecast consensus sessions and gathering data on key demand drivers including promotions and seasonality.
Monitor performance and analytics by tracking forecasting KPIs, maintaining dashboards, conducting root-cause analysis on forecast errors, and preparing demand trend reports.
We are looking for the following experience:
2+ years in analytical roles (demand planning, supply chain, finance, data science, or business analytics); exposure to S&OP environments preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. APICS/IBF certifications are a plus.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, and familiarity with forecasting tools (e.g. o9, Anaplan, SAP IBP) and data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
Basic understanding of forecasting methodologies and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
As a person, you are structured and detail-oriented with great communication skills and a logical approach to problem-solving. You're eager to learn, adaptable to business changes, and bring a continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to tasks. As a responsible and collaborative team player, you thrive in cross-functional environments.
Practical information:

Language requirements: Professional English, written and spoken. Our company language is English.
Location: Oslo, Norway or Central London, UK.
Visa requirement Norway: Citizenship/valid work permit from EU/EEA.
Visa requirements UK: Citizenship/indefinite leave to remain (relocation to the UK is not possible at the moment).
