About the position
In the pivotal role of Demand Planning Lead, you will take full ownership of our forecasting engine. You'll drive strategic alignment as the central figure in our S&OP process, leverage the advanced capabilities of the o9 platform, and be responsible for developing the next generation of planning talent at reMarkable.
Your responsibilities may include:
Developing end-to-end demand planning processes, leading monthly forecasting cycles with key accounts, and maintain statistical forecast models.
Owning demand-side S&OP/S&OE contributions, collaborating with marketing and sales, supply chain, finance, and product teams for integrated planning to understand end-customer dynamics, promotions, seasonality, new-product introductions, and risk factors.
Serving as functional owner of the demand module in o9 and drive continuous improvement to achieve increased effectiveness and quality
Convening forecast consensus sessions with sales, marketing, and supply chain leaders, ensuring alignment on demand plans.
Identifying gaps in demand plans and trigger mitigation or escalation actions.
Defining forecasting KPIs, create executive dashboards, mentoring the demand planning team, and lead change management initiatives.
We are looking for the following experience:
5+ years in demand planning or supply chain planning with proven track record owning forecast processes in mid-size organizations.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; APICS/IBF certifications strongly preferred.
Proficiency with forecasting tools (SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan) and strong understanding of statistical forecasting methodologies.
Extensive experience with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams, preferably in S&OP or IBP environments.
Strong data analytics capabilities with experience in Power BI, Looker, or Tableau, plus ability to translate data into insights and decisions.

Location: Oslo, Norway or Central London, UK
Visa requirements UK: Citizenship/indefinite leave to remain (relocation to the UK is not possible at the moment).
Visa requirement Norway: Citizenship/valid work permit from EU/EEA.
