Join reMarkable as we accelerate our global expansion. As Key Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our ambitious growth strategy, managing relationships with key retail partners and driving sell-out performance across your territory.
This role offers exceptional growth potential as the Global Reseller team is set to become our single biggest revenue contributor. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams to drive assortment planning, channel marketing execution, and enhance customer experience.
Your responsibilities may include:
Deliver on sales KPIs, manage all forecasting of sell-out to drive accurate demand signals, and oversee core KPI management including stock levels, attach rates, and retail experience
Own relationships with strategic channel partners through quarterly business reviews, stakeholder dialogue, and market trend analytics
Ensure all contractual obligations between reMarkable and reseller partners are upheld and renegotiate terms where relevant
Coordinate, execute and review strategic and tactical campaigns within your territory alongside the Channel Marketing team
Manage relevant budgets and investments to support account growth plans
Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures as reMarkable continues to scale
We are looking for the following experience:
5+ years sales experience to retail partners, ideally within computing, consumer electronics, or telecommunications with proven track record of achieving targets
Advanced analytical skills including proficiency in Excel and ability to extract insights from complex datasets
Strategic planning expertise in quarterly sales planning, forecasting, and joint business planning for key account initiatives
Multi-level stakeholder management with demonstrated ability to engage across reseller organizations and strong negotiation skills
Collaborative, results-driven with growth mindset and flexibility to adapt in fast-growing environments

Location: Oslo, Norway / London, UK
Language requirements: Our company language is English. Additional language proficiencies are beneficial.
Visa requirements: Norway - EU/EEA citizenship/work permit; UK - citizenship/indefinite leave to remain.
