As our Marketing Cloud Developer, you will shape the technical backbone behind customer journeys and own both development and day-to-day platform operations within a fast-growing, cross-functional CRM team.

The CRM team, based in Norway, owns Salesforce Core, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud across reMarkable. Together, the team ensures stable operations, drives continuous improvements, and leads strategic initiatives that support the full customer lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for data quality, automation, communication flows, and cross-cloud governance.

The position is based in London and will involve close collaboration with the CRM team in Norway.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated journeys, triggers, campaigns, and high-volume segmentation flows.

• Writing and optimizing AMPscript, SQL, dynamic content logic, and event-based workflows.

• Configuring data extensions, attribute groups, automations, and data workflows - ensuring accurate, stable data flow across Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Core, and Data Cloud.

• Troubleshooting incidents, debugging scripts, resolving data issues, and ensuring high deliverability and platform reliability.

• Supporting activation use cases, including preparing and consuming Data Cloud audiences and attributes in Marketing Cloud.

• Leading QA, documentation, governance, and platform hygiene to maintain a scalable, well-structured Marketing Cloud setup.

• Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Service, Software, and Data teams to turn business needs into robust, well-architected technical solutions and slate business needs into well-architected technical solutions.

We are looking for the following experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).

• Strong skills in SQL, AMPscript, segmentation, data modeling, and automation design.

• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and validating data flows across multi-cloud Salesforce setups.

• Ability to work independently in a high-volume operational environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer lifecycle communication in a scale-up or international environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Data Cloud and cross-cloud activation.

• Experience with Salesforce Core, Service, or Commerce.

• Experience supporting or consuming Data Cloud segments in Marketing Cloud.

• Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Developer, Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant).
