As our Salesforce Developer with Marketing Cloud focus, you will bridge technical development across Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud, building integrated solutions that power customer journeys and platform operations within a fast-growing, cross-functional CRM team.

You'll be part of a multicultural CRM team that owns Salesforce Core, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud across reMarkable. Together we deliver stable operations, continuous improvements, and strategic initiatives that support the full customer lifecycle. In this role, you'll work across clouds, connecting systems, ensuring data quality, and building automation that spans the entire Salesforce platform.

Your responsibilities may include

• Developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless data flow and system connectivity.

• Building automated journeys, triggers, campaigns, and segmentation flows in Marketing Cloud - or learning to do so with team support.

• Writing Apex, flows, and custom solutions in Salesforce Core while expanding skills in AMPscript, SQL, and Marketing Cloud automation.

• Configuring data extensions, automations, and data workflows across Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Core, and Data Cloud.

• Troubleshooting technical issues across multiple Salesforce clouds, debugging code, and ensuring platform reliability.

• Supporting Data Cloud activation use cases and cross-cloud governance.

• Leading technical documentation, QA, and platform architecture to maintain scalable, well-structured Salesforce environments.

• Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Service, Software, and Data teams to translate business needs into robust, well-architected technical solutions.

We are looking for the following experience

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and integrations.

• Strong technical expertise in at least one Salesforce Cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud).

• Solid experience with SQL, data modeling, API integrations, and automation design.

• Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, AMPscript) OR a strong interest and demonstrated aptitude for learning Marketing Cloud development.

• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Data Cloud and cross-cloud activation.

• Marketing Cloud skills: AMPscript, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, segmentation.

• Experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer lifecycle communication in a scale-up or international environment.

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Marketing Cloud Developer, Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant).
