About the role

Join our team and work across key business processes to build impactful solutions using Salesforce products like Commerce, Sales, Service, Marketing, Feedback, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce. You’ll have the opportunity to master business processes and translate them into efficient solutions that drive operational excellence while shaping how processes and the business are run for optimal results.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Design Salesforce processes and workflows that align with business objectives, customizing Salesforce to optimize operations across various business areas.

• Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce by managing data imports, exports, and regular data cleansing processes.

• Provide training and support to end-users, offering guidance on best practices and ensuring they can fully leverage Salesforce for their needs. Assist with ongoing troubleshooting and support. Collaborate with the Technical team to resolve defects and ensure a seamless implementation.

• Configure Salesforce features such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and reports, using declarative tools to enhance the platform.

• Working with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather and validate functional requirements, and translate them to user stories.

We are looking for the following experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Experience with process design and solid knowledge of business processes.

• Experience with B2B or B2C, preferably both.

• Experience in running workshops and collaborating with key stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s Degree and Salesforce Administrator certification or Marketing Cloud certification (or similar Salesforce-related certifications).
