About the role
You will lead our team of specialists, and work across key business processes to build impactful solutions using Salesforce products like Commerce, Sales, Service, Marketing, Feedback, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce. You’ll have the opportunity to master business processes and translate them into efficient solutions that drive operational excellence while shaping how processes and the business are run for optimal results.
Your responsibilities may include:
Collaborate with leadership to define and maintain the CRM product vision(s) and roadmap, setting direction for existing and new CRM products and transforming current business processes into modern, efficient workflows.
Partner with users (aka internal customers) to understand their Salesforce needs and work closely with the technical team to implement solutions.
Prioritize the product backlog to ensure CRM deliverables provide maximum value to the business.
Lead, coach, and mentor a growing team, fostering professional development and growth.
Manage CRM vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and resources for both projects and licenses
We are looking for the following experience:
5+ years of experience within a CRM ecosystem.
3+ years of product management or similar experience with technical products/platforms.
Experience with process design and business transformation.
Bachelor’s Degree and a Salesforce or CRM certification (or similar Salesforce-related certifications).
