As Logistics Specialist at reMarkable, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment, managing shipments, and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll start by taking ownership of operational tasks and accounts, and over time, grow into managing more strategic areas like inventory and return logistics.

Your responsibilities will include

• Oversee fulfillment and reverse logistics operations for specific warehouses, clients, and regions, ensuring seamless, on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction, and a sustainable supply chain.
• Optimize inventory and shipment processes through data-driven insights, prioritizing speed, accuracy, and continuous improvement while minimizing waste and enhancing service.
• Be the key collaborator with clear communication and ensure smooth processes between internal teams and external partners
• Drive continuous improvement and cost management initiatives, supporting vendor performance and value enhancement, as well as executing efficient and accurate shipment processes

We are looking for the following experience and skills

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with inbound logistics and basic export/import processes
• Self-managed and solution-oriented
• Clear and assertive communicator, both internally and externally
• Basic understanding of invoices and cost tracking

It is a benefit if you have experience with, or curious to learn about

• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
• E-commerce logistics experience
• Understanding of VAT, taxes, and invoice cost components
• Dangerous goods or battery shipping certifications
