We are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our team at a pivotal time in our company's development. In this role, you will be in the middle of the intersection of operations and strategic planning, offering a unique opportunity to both execute daily supply chain activities and shape our future processes.

You'll be part of a team focused on maintaining high service levels across all sales channels while continuously improving our supply chain infrastructure.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Manage relationships with global manufacturing partners, ensuring timely deliveries and conducting weekly alignment meetings to mitigate supply chain risks.

• Analyze and optimize supply chain operations to balance resilience, flexibility, and costs while preparing decision support for Sales & Operations processes.

• Lead system implementation projects to improve supply chain management systems (SAP and O9) and enhance operational efficiency.

• Identify and resolve roadblocks independently while continuously challenging and improving existing processes.

• Participate in cross-functional projects and task forces to address operational issues and drive strategic supply chain improvements.

We are looking for the following experience:

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, or relevant industries. Consumer electronics experience is a plus.

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Familiarity with inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supplier performance tracking.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems

• Proficient in essential data infrastructure and system operations

• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain mechanisms and how value chains function.

• Financial acumen - understanding how supply chain decisions impact company economics.
