We are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our team at a pivotal time in our company's development. In this role, you will be in the middle of the intersection of operations and strategic planning, offering a unique opportunity to both execute daily supply chain activities and shape our future processes.
You'll be part of a team focused on maintaining high service levels across all sales channels while continuously improving our supply chain infrastructure.
Your responsibilities may include:
Manage relationships with global manufacturing partners, ensuring timely deliveries and conducting weekly alignment meetings to mitigate supply chain risks.
Analyze and optimize supply chain operations to balance resilience, flexibility, and costs while preparing decision support for Sales & Operations processes.
Lead system implementation projects to improve supply chain management systems (SAP and O9) and enhance operational efficiency.
Identify and resolve roadblocks independently while continuously challenging and improving existing processes.
Participate in cross-functional projects and task forces to address operational issues and drive strategic supply chain improvements.
We are looking for the following experience:
4+ years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, or relevant industries. Consumer electronics experience is a plus.
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supplier performance tracking.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Proficient in essential data infrastructure and system operations
Comprehensive understanding of supply chain mechanisms and how value chains function.
Financial acumen - understanding how supply chain decisions impact company economics.
