About the role
As our Sustainable Impact Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our entire organization and external stakeholders to maximize our positive impacts and minimize our negatives. Furthermore, you will play a key role in aligning our sustainability efforts with corporate strategy, specifically focusing on compliance with CSRD and the ESRS framework.
You will also hold responsibility for driving the company’s Greenhouse Gas (GHG) related activities and be responsible for sustainability data, including reporting. Succeeding in this role means not only improving our company, but also inspiring the electronic goods industry to improve its impacts on people and the planet.
Other responsibilities will be

Lead the Sustainability Forum, a key part of reMarkable’s Sustainability governance model.
Ensure reMarkable’s alignment with CSRD and ESRS requirements.
Overseeing GHG emission tracking in reMarkable, defining GHG reduction targets and supporting identification of opportunities to achieve these targets.
Contribute to climate risk assessments and EU Taxonomy analysis.
Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sustainability initiatives and facilitate data collection.
We think the right candidate have
Around 5 years experience working in sustainability.
Previously worked with GHG and sustainability data, showcasing solid analytical skills.
Experience within project management, including leading projects with multiple stakeholders.
Relevant higher education.
Solid communication skills with ability to communicate clearly about demands, while remaining flexible to adapt to changing needs.
Strategic thinking, particularly in integrating sustainability within business strategy.
Being proactive and able to perform the job independently and with impact, but excel when collaborating with specialized resources along with external partners.

Location: Oslo, Norway.
Visa requirements: Citizenship/valid work permit from the EU/EEA. (Relocation assistance can be provided).
